Lynne’s reputation for serving innovative healthy cuisine was enhanced when the American gourmet magazine “Bon Appetit” requested one of her recipe’s for publication in the USA. Regular guests have often remarked that their meal exceeded expectation and surpass much of what is served in well known Sydney restaurants. Lynne has designed a range of Buffet and Finger Food menus to tempt you (but be warned, do not scrutinise on an empty stomach, as you will become instantly ravenous!)
In today’s society, food allergies have become more prevalent so having an “in house” chef assures ALL the ingredients are known. Charterers can, therefore, be assured that given adequate notice, guests with (sometimes life threatening allergies) can enjoy their meal in confidence.
When meals are prepared “in house”, charterers have the added benefit of being able to “tailor” a gastronomic delight to their particular taste by picking from the “basket” (of all menus) to create a banquet that suits their needs. All a charterer need do is simply cut and paste courses from any of our menus to an email and send it to Lynne, who will promptly quote. It’s this level of service which has contributed so much to our reputation for Sydney Harbour Cruises.

Formal Dining Menu

All guests seated at one large table is a delightful way of entertaining for special celebrations and V.I.P. guests. You are requested to choose the same entree, main course and dessert in advance for all your guests, and to convey your choice on the booking form. Depending on your choice, the cost will range from $60 to $100 per person.

We are delighted to serve quality Australian beer, wines and soft drinks for $10 per person per hour OR you can choose our premium package for $15 per person per hour. We also allow you to bring your own special wines, OR drink on consumption and choose from Sydney Sundancers’ cellar.
